After graduating from the Leningrad Finance and Economy Institute by N.A.Voznesenskiy Victor G. Belkin held the position of trainee and researcher of the economics department of the Far Eastern Scientific Center of the USSR Academy of Sciences, served in the Soviet Army. Victor G. Belkin graduated from the Post-Graduate Course of the Moscow Institute of National Economy by G.V.Plehanov. He also held the positions of assistant, senior teacher, lecturer, head of the Political Economy Chair, vice-president responsible for scientific research in the Far Eastern Institute Soviet Trade, senior scholar, head of the Economic Theory Chairy at the Far Eastern State University. His scientific specialization and research are connected with the problems of theory and practice of interaction between the state and economy in Russia and abroad. Victor G. Belkin has published more than 100 scientific works including 4 monographs. He has also trained more than ten Doctors and Candidates of Sciences.
