25.02.2008 Visit to the university in Nyachang (Vietnam)From 16-24 February 2008, PSUE’s delegation- under the direction of the Rector, Belkin V.G.- visited the university upon invitation from the inviting Rector to conduct negotiations and sign an agreement of collaboration. On February 22, both sides signed the agreement on the collaboration of implementing educational programs in the areas of Vietnamese Language Studies as well as other agreed areas. Graduates of the programs will receive recognized diplomas from the universities upon program completion; furthermore, active scientific-technical collaboration of the universities is also planned. |
