27.05.2008 From 21-26 May 2008 PSUE’s Delegation Headed to Korea.Vice Rector of Scientific Research, U.D. Schmidt and Head of the International Department V.V. Grishchenko, participated in the international symposium dedicated to the 30-year anniversary of Honam University (Republic of Korea, the city of Gwangju) .The theme of the symposium: "Living Together in Asia: Changes in the Multicultural Community and Women.” The symposium was attended by delegations from Russia, China, the Republic of China (Taiwan), Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and other countries. The symposium was opened by PSUE’s Vice Rector for Scientific Research, professor, PhD U.D. Schmidt. Honam University is the leading university of the Republic of Korea for training in the fields of economics, sociology, information and multimedia technologies and the only South Korean university that has a football department, producing professional athletes. In accordance with the agreement on cooperation between PSUE and Honam University, students and faculty exchange for learning foreign languages and specialties annually. |
