Pacific State University of Economics is one of the scientific, cultural and educational centers in Far Eastern Region.

University is located in the administrative center of Primorskiy Territory – city of Vladivostok. It disposes of four modern buildings for lessons, dormitory, sport halls, sport club, hotel, shop, library with reading hall and modern library network, publishers.

University has its affiliates in Uzhno – Sakhalinsk, Nakhodka, Arseniev, Ussuriysk

University has a rich scientific potential. 25 chairs were established at the university, 65, 9 % of the teaching staff are Ph. D.

PSUE is a unique university in the Far Eastern Region that provides training of specialists qualified in the field of quality systems. University has Certification Body certified by the State Standard that works in consumer market of Primorskiy Territory and deals with problems of safety of food products, agricultural products, public catering, toys, and package.

Moreover the University is a member of the International Academy of Sciences of Higher School, a member of the Auditors Association, "VUZSERTING" Association, "Innovation" Association, a member of Primorskiy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, shareholder of the Far- Eastern Bank, a member of the Russian Marketing Association; the University belongs to the All-Russia Marketing System and participates in the President Program "Training Administrative Staff for the Russian Economy in the field of "Finance and Credit". Besides the University was awarded with the certificate of the Russian Bank for training Arbitration Managers for Creditor Organizations.

Under the international cooperation the University has concluded cooperation agreements to work with the following foreign higher educational institutions and organizations:

• Agricultural Ministry of USA
• Jixi University (PRC)

University’ professors actively participated in the International Scientific – Theory Conference for Ecological Issues in Changchun (China), worked on the Seminar of Kansai Region (Japan) and Far Eastern(Russia) Scientists. In the field of educational and scientific-research programs the University cooperates with higher educational institutions of Japan, China, and the USA. Foreign specialists deliver lections and arrange seminars with the University students.
